Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return Policy

TRESMC is happy to accept returns & exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase* for products brought back in sellable condition (please see requirements listed below).

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment; cash refunds exceeding $50.00 will be issued by check within 10-14 business days and mailed to the customer.

We accept:  Items that are unwashed, unworn, or unaltered and have their original tags attached.

We cannot accept the following:

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
  • Items that are missing tags
  • Items that have been discontinued
  • Products that have been customized with a student’s name.

TRESMC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that meet any of the above criteria.

Order Change Policy:

Once an order has been completed and paid for, it cannot be changed. If you need to change your order before it has shipped, our customer service team can cancel your original order and place a new order to reflect your changes. Alternatively, you can leave your original order as-is, place a new order, and then return any products from the original order that you no longer need up to 60 days from the date of purchase.


How do I check the status of my order?

First, check your email for a shipping notification from us with your tracking number. If you haven’t received your package or a notification that it has shipped, it’s likely that it’s still processing or being customized.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing and shipping times will fluctuate based on the time of year you order. Please refer to the chart below.

* Please note that due to the high volume of orders in August & September, processing times may increase. If our processing times increase, we will update this table accordingly. We encourage you to shop as early as possible, at least 30 days before school starts, to ensure you are prepared for the first day!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. Our products ship UPS, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size/weight of the package.

How will my package ship?

Our products ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size/weight of the package. Once an order has been shipped from TRESMC, we will send a shipping notification email that will include a tracking number, which you can click to check your package’s status and shipping method.
